This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://atypicalbranding.com, contact us, subscribe to our communications, schedule a consultation, purchase or inquire about our services, or otherwise interact with us online or offline (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled by Atypical Branding in connection with its website, marketing, inquiries, consultations, proposals, client relationships, and related business activities.

When Atypical Branding processes personal information solely on behalf of a client while providing branding, website, automation, artificial-intelligence, marketing, or related services, the client may control that information. 4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These technologies may be placed by us or by third parties that provide services to us.
Categories of technologies we use
Strictly necessary technologies support essential website functions, security, network management, form operation, and your privacy choices.
Analytics and performance technologies help us understand how visitors use the website, identify errors, and improve performance and content. Our analytics tools may include Framer analytics and Google analytics or measurement services.
Functional technologies remember settings and support features provided by scheduling, email, forms, customer-relationship-management, and other integrations.
Advertising and retargeting technologies help us measure campaigns, create audiences, limit repeated advertisements, and show potentially relevant advertising on third-party websites or platforms. Depending on what we enable, these providers may include Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar advertising platforms.
Advertising providers may associate information collected from our website with information from other websites, apps, devices, or accounts. Under some privacy laws, this activity may be considered "selling," "sharing," or processing personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money is exchanged.
Your cookie choices
Where available, you can use our cookie banner or cookie-preference tool to accept, reject, or customize optional cookies. You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality.
Your choices may apply only to the browser and device on which they are made. If you clear cookies, use another device, or use another browser, you may need to make your selection again.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to traditional Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to them.
Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal. You may also opt out of optional advertising technologies through our cookie-preference tool.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
Website and infrastructure providers, including providers that host, operate, secure, or maintain our website, forms, files, and business systems, such as Framer.
Analytics and measurement providers, including Google and other providers that help us understand website and campaign performance.
Communication and marketing providers, including email, newsletter, survey, and customer-communication platforms.
Scheduling and collaboration providers that support consultations, meetings, project management, file sharing, and client communications.
Customer-relationship-management providers that help us organize inquiries, clients, projects, and communications.
Payment, accounting, and invoicing providers that process transactions and maintain financial records.
Advertising and social-media platforms that provide campaign measurement, audience creation, retargeting, or advertising services.
Professional advisers and contractors, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, and vendors supporting our business.
Government authorities, courts, and other parties when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and property; enforce agreements; or investigate suspected unlawful conduct.
Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our business or assets.
Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, as explained above, our use of advertising and retargeting technologies may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.
6. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and client records, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our business.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected. In determining an appropriate period, we consider:
the duration of our relationship with you;
the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information;
the purposes for which we process it and whether those purposes can be achieved by other means;
contractual, tax, accounting, insurance, and legal requirements; and
the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure.
We may retain aggregated, deidentified, backup, or archival information where permitted by law.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information at your own risk and should use care when deciding what information to send electronically.
8. Your Choices
Marketing emails
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications relating to an inquiry, transaction, project, agreement, or legal obligation.
Cookies and targeted advertising
You may manage optional cookies through our cookie-preference tool. You may also adjust your browser settings or use legally recognized opt-out preference signals. Opting out of targeted advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising; it generally limits advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services.
Accessing, correcting, or deleting information
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, recordkeeping, contractual, or other permitted purposes.
9. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable law. Depending on the state, these rights may include the right to:
confirm whether we process your personal information;
request access to or a copy of personal information;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;

opt out of sharing or processing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising;
limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; and
receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
These rights are subject to exceptions and may apply only when a particular law applies to Atypical Branding or the relevant processing activity.
Submitting a privacy request
To submit a privacy request, email hello@atypicalbranding.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information provided for verification only to process and document the request. If we cannot verify your identity or authority, we may deny or limit the request as permitted by law.
Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may request evidence of the agent's authority and may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
If applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision, you may submit an appeal by replying to our response or emailing hello@atypicalbranding.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal.
